Attempting to register multiple accounts to abuse promotions, bonuses, or platform systems may result in the suspension or closure of all associated accounts without notice. You are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration, including your full name, phone number, and valid payment details.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login details. atm888 will never request your password through any communication channel. If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must contact our support team immediately at [email protected]. atm888 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from a user's failure to keep their account credentials secure.

User Responsibilities

Users agree not to use the atm888 platform for any unlawful purpose, including fraud, money laundering, or any activity that compromises the integrity of the platform. Users are also prohibited from using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or manipulate the platform in any unauthorised manner.

Payments, Transactions & Withdrawals

All deposit and withdrawal transactions on atm888 are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Accepted payment methods include online bank transfers via FPX, local e-wallets such as Touch 'n Go eWallet, and manual bank transfers. atm888 does not accept foreign currency payments directly — any exchange rate differences arising from the use of third-party methods are entirely the user's responsibility.

Withdrawal of winnings is subject to an identity verification process that must be completed before your first transfer is processed. Required documents may include a copy of your identification card (MyKad) and proof of ownership of your chosen payment method. Withdrawal processing times vary depending on the method selected — typically between 1 and 24 business hours after verification is complete.

Atm888 reserves the right to withhold or suspend any withdrawal that raises reasonable suspicion of fraud, pending the outcome of an investigation. Any winnings obtained through illegitimate means, exploitation of technical bugs, or fraudulent activity will be voided and the associated account will be closed.

Account Suspension & Closure

Atm888 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• The user provided false or misleading information during registration or the verification process.
• Suspicious activity is detected, including attempted fraud, money laundering, or system manipulation.
• The user is found to have violated any of the terms set out in this document.
• The account has been inactive beyond the period specified by the platform's internal policy.
• The user registers multiple accounts with the intent to abuse promotions or the bonus system.

In the event of account closure due to a breach, any outstanding bonus credit that has not met the rollover requirements will be forfeited. Legitimate cash balances (excluding bonus credit) will be returned to the user after the investigation is concluded, subject to compliance review.
